I'm Tom - a product designer based in London with over 8 years experience building digital products.

I’ve spent the last four years leading design at Outverse - shaping the product, brand and marketing site from first idea through two pivots. We went from community forums for companies to a platform powering their product docs with AI powered search/answers, and eventually shifting to full customer support agents running on knowledge bases and natural language policies.

Before that I worked at Softr as their founding designer where we enabled non-technical individuals to build internal applications and tooling with drag and drop interfaces powered by Airtable / Google Sheets.
